May is AffirMAYtion Month

Saying positive affirmations have empowered me in countering negative self-talk and in the creating of what I want in my life.

For now, bring to mind a negative self-talk you often find yourself saying, like “I give up,” then think of an affirmation in the positive, E.g. “I Am Perseverance.” Be with that—feel it, say it, and notice any shift in how you feel.
